This conference is only open to Undergraduate students and students who would NOT have completed their Masters (or equivalent) degree at the time of NCURB 2025.

Yes. We have a limited number of seats for students who wish to simply attend the conference. This will be allotted on a first-come first-serve basis. The registration form for attend-only participants will be made available after the abstract submission process has been completed.

Yes, teams can present. Those who wish to submit an abstract as a team should ensure ONLY ONE student fills the Abstract Submission form for the entire team. This prevents overlapping abstract submissions from multiple members of the same team.

A team can have a maximum of four members.

Yes, all members will be given the certificate.
